1. Service Overview

DiffSpot is a Chrome browser extension that monitors web pages for changes and notifies users when content is updated. The service is operated by Yusuke Takeuchi ("we", "us", "our").

DiffSpot offers a free tier that runs entirely within your browser, as well as paid plans that provide additional features including cloud-based monitoring, advanced notifications, and higher usage limits.

2. Accounts

The free plan does not require an account. To access paid features, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@diffspot.tech.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

DiffSpot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that monitored pages will always be accurately captured.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of DiffSpot.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
